I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, it felt like being wrapped in a cozy hug with its elegant island-inspired design. the general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for us seniors. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was truly remarkable, with convenient ramps and handrails ensuring a comfortable stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the island, the restaurant, and Portland for dinner. My room had an extremely comfy bed, a living room, a kitchenette, and a dining table. - the tapas restaurant served outstanding food and had excellent service.

The rooms are spotless and huge and include a microwave and a fridge. Its location is stunning and fantastic, near to a fascinating island and leisure. - It is 10 minutes walk away from Cow Island.

The staff were very kind and considerate, it's a short walk to other islands or the city, there's a store nearby, and the location is absolutely breathtaking, plus easy access by ferry.

We had a great stay with clean and wonderful rooms that had a balcony and kitchen facilities, like a dishwasher, fridge, and stovetop, along with a heated pool and friendly staff.

The hotel is located near the ferry dock, making it easy to access the island. Our room was spacious and had a great bathroom with a large shower. the service was excellent and staff were very helpful with our requests. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of delicious options. the views from the terrace were stunning and we appreciated the leisure facilities including the pool.

The historical tour offered, as the guide seemed unenthusiastic and unprepared.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel just off the coast of Portland and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. First of all, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short distance from the ferry dock. The service was fantastic and I really appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch with everything I needed such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious sitting area and dining table that made me feel right at home. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep and the garden furniture outside was a nice touch – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Wonderful experience! Location was perfect - surrounded by tranquil nature, but still easily accessible. Loved the complimentary bike rides, and the breathtaking views of the ocean. The common areas were beautiful and very well-maintained. As a bonus, they offer complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. The rooms were spacious with high-quality amenities, and a comfortable bed. The highlight, though, was the attentive staff, always ready to help.

The food was mediocre, and some of the decor in the common areas was outdated. The pool area can be crowded during high season, which makes it difficult to find a sunbed.
